TruckBooks is a small team. Every support email is read by a human and we usually respond within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, US Central Time). For most issues, that's the fastest path to a fix.

What to include in your message
The more of these you include up front, the faster we can help. For account or billing questions the email address alone is usually enough — the rest matters mostly for bug reports.
- Your account email — the address you signed up with.
- Device and OS — e.g. "iPhone 14, iOS 17.3" or "Pixel 7, Android 14".
- App version — found in Settings → About in the app.
- What you were trying to do — one or two sentences.
- What happened instead — plus a screenshot or screen recording if you have one.
- When it started — today, after the last update, or "always."
Bug reports with a screenshot are usually fixed in days, not weeks. Two seconds of effort on your side can save a long back-and-forth.
Common questions
I signed up before launch but didn't get the app access email. What now?
Check your Promotions tab (Gmail) and Spam folder. You can also install TruckBooks from the App Store or Google Play using the links on this page. If you used a typo'd address or need help, email support@truckbooksapp.com and we'll look up your record.
Is TruckBooks available now?
Yes — TruckBooks is live on the App Store and Google Play. Use the install links on this page from your phone.
Will TruckBooks work on my older phone?
We support iOS 15.1+ and Android 8.0+. Voice capture works best with a recent device, but the rest of the app (manual entry, photo capture, reports) runs fine on older hardware.
Does TruckBooks really work offline?
Yes — everything you capture (expenses, voice notes, receipt photos, per-diem days) is saved on your phone first. When you're back in coverage, it syncs in the background. No signal means no interruption to your workflow.
How do I export my expenses for my CPA?
Settings → Reports → Export. You can email a Schedule C-ready PDF or a CSV directly to your accountant in one tap. Includes per-diem summary and receipt photo links.
How do I delete my account?
Two ways: from the app (Settings → Delete account) or by emailing delete@truckbooksapp.com from your account address. Full details — including what gets removed and what we retain for legal reasons — on the Delete Account page.
How do I unsubscribe from product emails?
Every product email has an Unsubscribe link in the footer. One click and you're off the list. We do not keep you on a "soft" list or send a confirmation; the click is the confirmation.
Where can I read your Privacy Policy or Terms?
Privacy Policy covers what data we collect and how we use it. Terms of Service covers usage rules and arbitration.
I'm an accountant. Can my firm partner with TruckBooks?
